Hard skills

• Strong

interest in personal data protection, GDPR compliance and privacy governance.

• Thoroughness,

analytical skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• Excellent

oral and written communication skills in French and English (both are

mandatory).

• Ability

to interact with various business departments to gather and validate

processing information.

ability to clearly explain regulatory requirements and draft precise audit

reports.

thinking: analyzing processing records and asking the right questions to

identify compliance gaps.

• Attention

to detail: in order to detect errors, missing data and inconsistencies in the

processing register.

and integrity: handling sensitive personal data with full confidentiality and

professional standards.

collaborating effectively with the DPO and various business departments.

• Time

management: prioritizing tasks and meeting the audit milestones.

Experience, background and training

• Master's

student (Bac+4/5) in law, data protection, compliance, or information systems

with a specialization in data privacy.

• At least

one previous internship or professional experience in another company in the

field of data protection, legal compliance, or privacy governance.

• Hands-on

experience with OneTrust or, at a minimum, proven experience conducting a

similar processing register audit.
