PMO Intern

p>Gulf Associates provides commercial advisory services focused on complex investments and partnership decisions. We prioritize commercial judgment over theoretical reports, working with chief executives, family groups, and sovereign entities on high stakes decisions like new entry, joint ventures, and capital deployment. We are currently looking for a PMO Intern to support our project management office in a fully remote capacity. Our partner is a Paris based organization that requires careful coordination across multiple commercial workstreams, and this role will be essential in helping our team manage the timelines and deliverables associated with that engagement. This position is designed for someone early in their career who wants to understand how senior-led advisory firms operate. Because our work involves state capital sitting inside private deals, we focus on ground reality rather than a view from a distant head office. You will help ensure that our senior partners have the data and project structure they need to provide actionable advice to our clients.

What you will do

• Maintain and update project timelines for active advisory engagements to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Assist in drafting weekly status reports that focus on commercial progress and actual outcomes rather than just activity logs.
• Support the research team by gathering information on counterparties and competitors operating in the market.
• Coordinate remote internal meetings and ensure that action items are recorded and followed up on by the relevant team members.
• Help prepare presentation materials and data summaries for client meetings and internal briefings.
• Organize and manage digital document repositories to ensure all project evidence and research is easily accessible.
• Monitor project risks and flag potential delays to senior partners before they impact the client delivery.
• Conduct basic data analysis to support scenario work and commercial evaluations for our ongoing partner engagement.
