IT Support& Systems Junior/ Intern
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain technical infrastructure (physical and virtual servers, NAS, etc.) at headquarters and across all group entities.
- Provide troubleshooting and remote support for Windows environments.
- Ensure maintenance and security monitoring of various business systems.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365) ERP.
- Manage and operate SQL databases for after-sales systems.
- Administer Microsoft ecosystem accounts and cloud environments.
- Coordinate requirements across different business departments, manage expectations, and produce technical analysis documentation; maintain up-to-date technical documentation (technical files, configuration and operational procedures, etc.).
- Be familiar with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to coordinate projects, optimize processes, and deliver or exceed expected results.
Job Requirements
- Technical background; degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
- Fluent in French and English; Chinese is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time), with strong ability to learn new technologies.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and cross-functional communication skills; clear logical thinking, strong execution, and good summarization skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem architecture; knowledge of AL programming language is a plus.
- Experience with Power BI and ETL tools is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of VPN tools and network protocols such as TCP, UDP, FTP, and SFTP.
