La mission
Your Mainresponsibilities Include
1- CollectionPerformance Analysis:
Contribute to the analysis of collection purchases (Sell-In) and sales (Sell-Out) across product lines, markets, and channels.
Support the development and improvement of tools to monitor collection performance.
Track the evolution of the product mix (type, price, volume) and monitor key KPIs.
Help identify trends, business opportunities, and areas of improvement.
2- Support ForProcess Optimization
Assist in formalizing and analyzing organizational structures and collection development processes.
Contribute to the construction and maintenance of the seasonal collection calendar.
Help manage invitations and scheduling for key product development milestones.
3- AssortmentPlanning Coordination
Organize and coordinate key preparation steps: sending invitations, building and communicating the cross-category planning schedule, booking rooms, following up on availabilities.
Provide operational and logistical support during assortment sessions: updating documents, preparing materials, coordinating internal stakeholders.
4- Key LooksCoordination & Data Management
Assist in managing the handover of Key Look references across teams.
Help structure and maintain a centralized Excel data file to track Key Look references.
Ensure regular updates and accuracy of information to facilitate smooth cross-functional collaboration.
Skills
Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university with a focus on marketing, strategy, data, or supply chain (Bac+4/5).
Strong interest in the fashion and apparel industry, and in product performance topics.
Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
Analytical mindset, rigorous, well-organized, and proactive.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
