Stage Consultant PMO ERP Change

Within VINCI Energies' Information Systems Department (VESI) , the Growth & Deployment Department  coordinates the IT integration of these external growths , in line with VINCI Energies' strategy on a global scale. It also provides ERP governance (SAP) and provides methodological support for cross-functional and deployment projects.

As an ERP Change PMO Intern in the Custom Codex Integration & Governance team , you will apply the change management methodology for SAP deployments , ensuring that strategies are tailored and effective. By contributing to project governance , the standardization of deliverables , and the sharing of ERP knowledge , you will support successful transformation initiatives. You will facilitate user adoption by designing and implementing communication and training activities .

At the same time, you will be responsible for the coordination , communication , and delivery of cross-functional initiatives (upskilling, onboarding, and business-focused events) within the Growth & Deployment Department, overseeing them from execution through to the consolidation of key lessons learned and improvements.

We are looking for:

• Graduated with a BAC+5 preferably in management, project management or IS
• You have knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Fluent English is essential ; proficiency in German is a plus .
• Knowledge of SAP or information systems is an advantage.
• You are proactive, responsive, and able to make proposals and recommendations .
• You have a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Great written and oral communication skills
