Chez Allphins, nous réinventons la manière dont les plus grands (ré)assureurs du monde comprennent le risque. Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire en AI engineering prêt(e) à relever des défis techniques et à contribuer à des projets innovants au cœur de notre produit.
En tant que Stagiaire AI engineering, vous rejoindrez notre équipe back-end et participerez à la conception et à l’amélioration d’outils internes utilisés par nos équipes et nos clients, tout en explorant les dernières technologies comme les LLMs, agents IA, MCP et SDK Python
Vos missions :
- Participer à la résolution de problématiques de montée en charge : optimisation des performances et scalabilité des systèmes.
- Contribuer à la conception et à l’implémentation de nouveaux formats et protocoles de communication ( MCP , API ) pour faciliter l’accès aux données et leur exploitation par des agents IA / LLMs .
- Aider à améliorer la qualité du produit : réduction des erreurs de calcul, gestion des régressions et fiabilisation du système.
- Collaborer avec les équipes produit, data science et tech pour définir les meilleures solutions techniques.
- Participer à la documentation technique et aux tests automatisés pour garantir la qualité et la stabilité du code

As an AI Engineering Intern, you’ll join our back-end team and help design and improve internal tools used by our teams and our clients, while exploring cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, AI agents, MCP, and Python SDKs.
What you’ll do:

- Vous êtes actuellement étudiant en grande école d’ingénieur et vous cherchez un stage de fin d’études de 4 à 6 mois à Paris
- Maîtrise de Python et connaissance des APIs
- Capacité à lire et améliorer du code existant, sensibilité à la qualité du code
- Curiosité pour les LLMs, agents IA et intégrations avancées
- Compétences en optimisation des bases de données et gestion de volumes importants de données.
- Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’équipe
