Description:

VINCI Energies ' expansion strategy is largely based on external growth. Over the past 10 years, more than 300 companies of all sizes have been acquired by the Group, with an average of one acquisition every two weeks.

Within VINCI Energies' Information Systems Department (VESI), the Growth & Deployment Department coordinates the IT integration of these external growths , in line with VINCI Energies' strategy on a global scale. It also provides ERP governance (SAP) and provides PMO methodological support for cross-functional and deployment projects.

As a PMO in the Custom Codex Integration & Governance team, you will play a key role in coordinating projects, ensuring that they are aligned with the strategic objectives of the Group and the IT department.

Current transformation projects include monitoring SAP deployments in companies acquired internationally (turnover: €100M+), promoting VESI tools within VINCI Energies entities internationally, and monitoring a dashboard project bringing together company KPIs.

Your main missions:

• Monitoring of project execution : planning, preparation of key bodies (including Steering Committees), drafting of reports, ensuring compliance with the VESI methodology and deadlines, identification and developmentof mitigation plans to minimize risks
• Continuous monitoring of the evolution of the ERP : implementationand communication to the Management of KPIs relating to the Group ERP
• Reporting and communication : implementation of performance indicators to monitor the progress of projects of all types (e.g. organizational / digitalization / infrastructure), and information to stakeholders, in particular for arbitration (ERP Governance, i.e. the Group Finance Department)
• Continuous improvement : organization of feedback, identification of opportunities to improve documentation or automate processes and implementation

Youwill also be required to support management in the implementation of the medium-term strategy, themonitoring of cross-functional issues .

Who are you?

• Graduated with a BAC+5 preferably in management, project management or IS
• You have a solid first experience in project management (work-study, permanent contract, significant internship) and speak English fluently
• You have the following personal qualities: analytical and synthesis skills, formalism, rigor, organization, results-oriented culture, proactivity, good written and oral communication, ability to work in a team, sense of service
• Experience with SAP or another ERP is highly appreciated
• Ability to hold operational responsibilities and interact with different stakeholders
