Une offre de stage intitulée « Stagiaire en Gestion de Projet SI et Déploiement de Logiciel Médical (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d' Airbus sur son site de Blagnac .

Vous rejoindrez une équipe internationale au sein du département « HHY EHS Performance and Improvement » en charge de la gestion de projets de performance et d'amélioration continue .

Ce stage consistera à : piloter le déploiement d'un nouveau logiciel médical harmonisé pour les équipes espagnoles, en assurant spécifiquement la ge stion de la migration et de la reprise des données (Data Management) depuis l'ancien système d'information.

Ce stage débutera en février / mars 2027 pour une durée de 6 mois . Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsab ilités :

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Planification de la reprise de données : Participer au découpage technique de l'activité de migration de données, ainsi qu'à la préparation du budget et du planning projet associé.
• Data Mapping et accompagnement : Accompagner les équipes médicales espagnoles dans la mise en place des tables de correspondance des données entre l'ancien et le nouveau système.
• Suivi de l'intégration des Systèmes d'Information (SI) : Suivre, faciliter et coordonner toutes les activités opérationnelles liées à la reprise de données.
• Support au déploiement et conduite du changement : Apporter un support global de gestion de projet et animer les réunions avec les équipes transverses pour accompagner les utilisateurs finaux.

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 / Master dans le domaine du Management de Projet, des Systèmes d'Information ou de l'Ingénierie pour un stage d’une durée de 6 mois .

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences techniques (Hard Skills) suivantes :

• Gestion de projet de bout en bout (Project Management)
• Gestion des données (Data Management) et compréhension des enjeux de migration SI
• Maîtrise de la Suite Google et forte appétence pour les outils informatiques et la digitalisation

Vous vous reconnaissez dans ces qualités (Soft Skills) :

• Gestion efficace des parties prenantes (Stakeholder management) dans un contexte international
• Adaptabilité, proactivité et forte réactivité
• Excellentes capacités de communication et de coordination transversale

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais : avancé

Espagnol : avancé

Français : intermédiaire

An internship opportunity titled "Intern in IT Project Management & Medical Software Deployment (m/f)" has just opened at Airbus on its Blagnac site.

You will join an international team within the " HHY EHS Performance and Improvement " department in charge of performance and continuous improvement project management .

This internship will consist of: supporting the end-to-end deployment of a new harmonized medical software for the Spanish medical teams, with a primary focus on driving the data migration and data mapping activities from the legacy system.

This internship will start in February / March 2027 for a duration of 6 months . This position requires a security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Supervised by your tutor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

• Data Migration Planning : Support the technical breakdown of the data migration activity and assist in defining the associated budget and project schedule.
• Data Mapping and Support : Guide and support the Spanish medical teams in setting up accurate data mapping tables between software systems.
• Information Systems (IS) Integration Monitoring : Monitor, coordinate, and facilitate all operational activities related to data migration.
• Global Deployment and Change Management : Provide overall project management support, facilitate cross-functional meetings, and assist end-users in the digital transition.

Competences & Prerequisites:

You are currently preparing a diploma at the Master's degree level (Bac+5) in the field of Project Management, Information Systems, or Engineering for an internship of 6 months .

You have the following technical knowledge and skills (Hard Skills):

• End-to-end Project Management
• Data Management and understanding of IS migration challenges
• Proficiency in Google Suite and a strong affinity for IT tools and digital transformation

You recognize yourself in these qualities (Soft Skills):

• Effective stakeholder management in an international and multicultural context
• Adaptability, responsiveness, and proactive mindset
• Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills

Language skills:
