MISSION

NERD continues to strengthen its HR function in a context of growth and internationalization.

We are looking for a highly motivated apprentice to actively contribute to key projects in Compensation & Benefits and International Mobility, right at the heart of the company's strategic priorities. This apprenticeship offers direct exposure to HR and financial decision-making, working closely with the HR Director and the Finance & Administration Director. Your role will go beyond operational tasks: you will be involved in the thinking, analysis, and structuring of these programs. The goal of this apprenticeship is a progressive skill development across 4 main areas:

1. Compensation & Benefits Structuring

You will contribute to key initiatives:

• Formalizing the salary review process (calendar, governance, tools)
• Formalizing the performance review process and its link to compensation
• Participating in the analysis and modeling of a profit-sharing scheme (including preparing financial data)
• Contributing to the definition of a grading system suited to an R&D environment
• Conducting compensation benchmarks and critically analyzing market practices
• Building reporting tools and internal communication materials

Particular attention will be given to the analytical dimension and the rigor of the recommendations produced.

2. International Mobility

You will take part in structuring an international mobility policy:

• Formalizing the mobility framework (secondment, expatriation, intra-group transfers)
• Comparative analysis of practices and packages
• Contributing to process documentation and communication
• Improving the experience of employees on mobility assignments

3. France ↔ Japan Mobility Support

Working with internal teams and Nintendo Co., Ltd.:

• Helping monitor seconded and expatriate employees
• Preparing analyses related to expatriation packages (compensation, allowances, financial impact)
• Coordinating administrative elements and tracking deadlines
• Contributing to securing HR and financial processes linked to mobility

4. Onboarding of International Employees

• Helping coordinate administrative procedures (visa, work permit)
• Contributing to structuring a dedicated onboarding journey for foreign employees
• Developing welcome materials in English
• Continuously improving the integration process

CANDIDATE PROFILE
