THIS IS AN INTERNSHIP OFFER
We seek an IT Experience Intern to join us onsite in our Paris office with our team for a paid internship of 6 months .
This is a hands-on learning opportunity for an university student who is curious about a career in IT, brings a positive, can-do attitude, and wants exposure to how a modern, fast-paced technology organization delivers world-class IT service. You'll shadow and work alongside our IT Experience team, building foundational skills under the mentorship of our Analysts and senior staff.
Our IT Team delivers the complete life cycle of IT services for the staff at Anaplan, from onboarding and setup, to upgrade, installation, troubleshooting, repair and replacement of hardware and software solutions, asset recovery, and protection. As an IT Experience Intern, you'll get a firsthand look at that full life cycle, assisting with real support requests under guidance while building the technical and customer-service foundation for a future in IT.
Our team members operate in the sweet spot of an empathetic, superior customer support experience, comfortable communicating clearly and setting expectations, and you'll begin developing those same habits.
