Supply Chain / Procurement & Inventory Optimization apprentice

Neuraxpharm is looking for a Supply Chain / Procurement Apprentice , based in Paris 15th arrondissement (hybrid position).

Your Responsibilities

• Supply Planning & Inventory Management : Manage purchase orders, including order placement, delivery follow-up and invoice tracking.

Optimize supply planning to ensure product availability.

Monitor inventory levels in coordination with our 3PL partner.

Participate in follow-up meetings with the Quality and Regulatory teams, depending on MITM-related requirements.

• Master Data & Operational Coordination : Maintain and ensure the accuracy of master data in our ERP system and in coordination with our logistics partner.

Support the operational follow-up of new product launches.

• Continuous Improvement & Supply Chain Analysis : Monitor key Supply Chain KPIs, including FCA, OTIF, stock coverage and stock-outs.

Identify issues and propose corrective actions.

Produce ad hoc analyses to improve our processes and ways of working.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with the following skills and qualities.

• You are currently completing a 2- or 3-year post-secondary degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• You are comfortable using digital tools, particularly Excel and ERP systems, to monitor dashboards and inventory data.
• You are rigorous and well organized, and able to manage several stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
• You are collaborative, enthusiastic and proactive in carrying out your responsibilities.
• A good command of Excel and English is required.
