E is a pre-recruitment program that involves recruiting young talented professionals among European citizens for a fixed term contract (6 to 24 months) to have an international experience abroad in one of Air Liquide entities. This program is in partnership with Business France. The majority of our VIEs are based in European countries but the VIE coordinator will also support APAC and North America VIEs.
As a VIE Program Coordinator you will support the VIE Program manager primarily in managing this corporate graduate program , supporting the community of VIEs with operational topics before and during their missions. You will contribute by :

Education : Bac+5 (HR, Business Admin..etc)
Languages : English fluency both verbally and written / French language is highly advantageous.
Professional experience : Minimum 1 year experience including internships in an HR role
