Purchasing & Procurement
– Manage operational purchasing: spare parts, consumables, and the equipment and materials required for the production and maintenance of GEAs
– Source and qualify suppliers in France and internationally; Negotiate pricing terms, lead times, and delivery conditions
– Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and handle supplier disputes
– Contribute to streamlining the supplier base and reducing procurement costs
Logistics & Inventory Management
– Manage spare parts and consumables inventory: sizing, replenishment, turnover monitoring, and handling obsolete stock
– Organize shipments of machines and components (domestic and international): coordinate with carriers, track pickups and deliveries
– Manage return flows (RMA): receipt, inspection, and routing for repair, recycling, or disposal
– Ensure documentation compliance for logistics operations (delivery notes, customs documents, certificates where applicable)
– Implement and maintain flow traceability tools (ERP, dashboards)
Coordination of Installation and Maintenance Operations
– Identify and source local partners (certified technicians, HVAC/plumbing/electrical contractors) suited to deployment areas
– Establish and manage maintenance service contracts: SLAs, rate schedules, service terms
– Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance performed by partners or in-house teams
– Monitor maintenance performance: KPI reporting (MTTR, availability rates, costs), feedback analysis, and corrective actions
– Act as the liaison between field teams, partners, and the internal technical team
Operations & Continuous Improvement
– Contribute …to the structuring and formalization of operational processes (procedures, checklists, tools)
– Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing lead times, costs, and non-conformities
– Provide versatile operational support based on team needs (administrative support, project coordination, management of various service providers)
Education
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in operations management, supply chain, industrial logistics, industrial engineering, or equivalent
– Supplementary technical training (mechanics, electrical engineering, systems engineering) is an asset
Experience
– 0 to 2 years of experience in an operational role covering purchasing, logistics, and/or maintenance coordination
– Experience in an industrial environment, startup, or technology SME is valued
– Initial experience in the technical equipment sector (refrigeration, water, energy, electronics) is a plus
Skills
– Proficiency in management tools: ERP/CMMS (Odoo, SAP, or equivalent), advanced spreadsheet skills
– Good understanding of supply chain flows: procurement, inventory, transport, customs
– Comfortable managing multiple suppliers and contract monitoring
– Ability to read basic technical documents (schematics, product data sheets, specifications)
