Risk and Compliance Transformation - intern

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Transformation Intern to join the Risk & Compliance team. The position will be based in Paris, and start September 2026. You will report to the Head of Transformation Risk & Compliance.

You Will Primarily Be Responsible For

• Supporting the Head of Transformation Risk & Compliance in coordinating and monitoring transformation initiatives across the department, with a focus on AI and automation use cases
• Preparing presentations, reports and management materials related to the Risk & Compliance transformation strategy and roadmap
• Assisting with the implementation of tools, including testing, issue escalation and preparation of supporting materials for user adoption
• Conducting benchmarking and research on emerging technologies, AI applications and market practices relevant to Risk & Compliance functions
• Supporting communication and change management activities to foster adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working

Your Profile

• Master’s degree student in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field
• Strong interest in AI, project management and Risk & Compliance topics
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Knowledge of generative AI technologies (large language models, AI agents, automation tools) and emerging AI trends
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and delivery orientation
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another European language is a plus
