About us
Bureau Blanqo is a young Paris-based cultural representation house working across borders. The company represents artists, designers, labels, spaces, and experiences that bring forward-thinking perspectives to contemporary culture. Bureau Blanqo partners with its clients early, supporting them on conviction and helping transform emerging visions into lasting cultural relevance. Its work spans representation, press, creative direction, strategy, image, and event production, offering integrated support to creative talent.
About the role
You help keep the house running so nothing slips: supporting the tracking, reporting, lists and systems behind our PR work, plus hands-on support on live campaigns. You work closely with the founder and across the whole roster. Alongside that you help us build the commercial side of the roster, researching the brands that should be paying our artists and designers and supporting those paid partnerships from first approach to signature. It is an operational, analytical and commercialrole for someone who likes turning a moving workload into something organised. This is a hands-on learning role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with coverage tracking and reporting: help maintain the coverage tracker, monitor press hits, and help compile clear results reporting for clients.
- Help maintain media lists and CRM: update journalist, stylist and contact databases, and keep our records current.
- Support campaign planning: help with PR campaign timelines, asset coordination, deadlines and run-of-show for activations.
- Support research and internal systems: help with competitive and positioning research, and help build the playbooks and systems the house runs on.
- Help develop the roster commercially: research and shortlist brands that should be paying our artists and designers, work out who to approach inside them, and help us build the case for why the fit is worth money.
- Support the paid partnerships: help prepare proposals and rate cards, keep the pipeline current from first approach to signature, and help track what is owed and what has been paid.
- Follow the market for openings: campaign windows, launches, category and market entries, and anything that tells us a brand has a reason to spend this season.
What we are looking for
- Currently enrolled at a business or communication school, able to sign a convention de stage for an autumn window (or on a césure).
- Fluent in French and English.
- Highly organised and systems-minded: you think in structure and you finish what you start.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and everyday tools, with strong written communication.
- Proactive: you ask the right question before you act rather than guessing.
- Commercially curious: you enjoy working out why a brand would spend, and you are comfortable writing to people who do not know us yet.
- Knowledge of current LLM AI tools is a plus
Practical details
- ~8 weeks, mid-September to mid-November 2026, onboarded before the September shows.
- Hybrid: three days a week in our Paris studio, two days remote, with more presence during Fashion Week.
- Convention de stage required. As a stage of under two months, the position is not subject to statutory gratification.
HOW TO APPLY
Send your CV to internships@bureaublanqo.com. Instead of a cover letter, complete the short creative task for the role you want. We are not looking for a polished deliverable; we want to see how you think.
Any format is welcome (a note, a deck, a mood image with a paragraph).
- Press & Talent Coordination: pick one name from our roster (bureaublanqo.com/work) and tell us one place or moment you would get them seen this season, and why.
- Campaigns & Operations: show us one tracker or simple system you would build in your first two weeks to help make sure no client's coverage slips.
Applying for both is fine. Tell us in your email and complete both tasks.
