Core Responsabilities
As part of the Retail Development department, you will support the Retail Performance Manager in following and sustaining the sales performance at a global level through the follow-up of performance and deployment of dedicated projects, processes and tools.
YOUR IMPACT WILL BE TO :
Monitor of the business performance through:
- Support monthly and weekly review of sales performance and creating ad-hoc reportings
- Following-up on key performance indicators animation (UPT, cross-selling etc.) and the implementation of action plans when needed
- Ad hoc analyses on stores and staff productivity (net sales per sqm, net sales per staff by zone, KPIs challenges etc.)
Maintain the store database which is cloud including all stores relevant information (non-client only store information) :
- Ensure that the database is up to date for incoming store openings
- Assure the accuracy of existing store :database by regularly checking and working hand in hand with regional retail ops
- Create new stores for showrooms buying sessions
- Support the retail performance manager in projects affecting the store database
- Work on a training support
- Be a transversal business partner across departments responsible for data filling
Support Retail Performance Manager in deploying and following-up animations and processes aiming at improving the sales performance in store :
- Provide the stores with tools for a better match to traffic and monitor the results on KPIs (e.g. conversion rate)
- In partnership with the IT team, review and improve the reportings to help the performance monitoring and support the teams in taking decisions
- Closely work with the operations & performance managers of stores to understand how the processes can be improved at every level
- Work with the insights team to create new PowerBI dashboards.
- Staff planning tool: support the project roll-out from conception to training
Profile
KEYS FOR SUCCESS : Education: Business School or University Competencies: Good Excel skills, PowerBI is a plus Ability to convert complex data into insightful information and action plans Detail oriented, highly organized and rigorous Strong Analytic and communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Languages: French and English. Workplace: Paris 2ème, 75002. Potential starting date: January 2027, 6 months.
