We’re looking for an AI & Data Intern who thrives at the intersection of technical execution and business strategy. This isn’t a passive internship; you’ll be at the architectural core of how we leverage AI, automation, and data to drive company-wide impact. From day one, you’ll be engineering data pipelines, iterating on AI-driven prototypes, and building intelligent workflows that don't just optimize our operations, they redefine them.

About the internship
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Preparation: Gather, clean, and structure data from internal and external sources.
- AI & LLM Integration: Research, test, and apply large language models to real-world business problems.
- Automation Development: Build AI workflows to improve efficiency.
- Experimentation & Prototyping: Build and iterate on AI-driven solutions, evaluating performance and reliability.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Use data-driven methods to uncover opportunities for innovation and improved decision-making.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Prepare clear documentation and reports.
What You Bring
- Technical Fluency: You don't just write code; you architect systems that scale. Proficiency in Python, SQL and JavaScript is a must.
- Business-Tech Bridge: You have a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Operational Curiosity: You have a hands-on drive to master LLMs and automation frameworks, not just in theory, but in practice.
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business + Tech).
- Communication: Clear communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Administrative: A learning agreement from your university (Convention de Stage).

- You are the person who automates their own spreadsheets just for fun.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and aren’t afraid to break things to see how they work.
- You understand that technology is a tool, but business impact is the goal.
Bonus Skills
- Modern Data Stack: Familiarity with data flows across the GTM stack (HubSpot, Monday.com, Clay, etc.) and the ability to bridge these with custom logic.
- Data Pipeline Engineering: Proficiency in designing and managing data pipelines to automate data flows and ensure high data quality.
- Analytics: Ability to visualize and communicate insights using modern BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Automation: Experience chaining workflows together, moving beyond manual tasks to automated, scalable systems.
- Industry Context: A genuine curiosity for the intersection of AI, blockchain, and real-world business strategy.
