Department: Group Marketing - Operational Excellence

Duration: 6 Months

Mission: The Data & Analytics Intern will support the Group Marketing team in La Défense by assisting in data analysis, reporting, and the maintenance of performance dashboards. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how data drives strategic decisions in a global B2B marketing organization and to contribute directly to the team's efforts to improve Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).

About Team: Our global marketing team spanning from Product Marketing, Marketing Technology, Data Analytics and more is a key partner to over 100 marketing colleagues worldwide, each bringing diverse cultures, backgrounds, and skillsets. Joining our team means gaining exposure to global marketing strategy while also having direct visibility into local activations. The insights we deliver are critical in shaping understanding and recommendations at both local and Executive/C-Suite levels, driving performance and growth across the business.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Dashboard Support: Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing dashboards in our primary business intelligence (BI) tools.
• Performance Reporting: Support monthly performance reporting by gathering data from various marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce, etc.) and helping to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Data Analysis: Contribute to data analysis projects to help identify trends, patterns, and initial insights about campaign performance, under the guidance of the Data & Analytics Specialist.
• Data Integrity: Assist in data cleaning and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our reports.
• Actionable Insights: Learn to translate raw data into clear, understandable charts and summaries that can be used by the marketing teams.

What You Will Learn:

• Hands-on application of data analysis and reporting within a corporate B2B marketing context.
• Practical experience with industry-standard data visualization and BI tools.
• How to build and maintain performance reports and dashboards that inform business decisions.
• The principles of data storytelling and how to present insights to stakeholders.
• How a global marketing function uses data to optimize performance and demonstrate value.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Willing and able to work in a hybrid model at our La Défense Office.
• A strong, demonstrable interest in data-driven marketing and B2B environments.
• A curious and analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) is a strong plus.
• Exposure to database concepts or languages (like SQL & Python) is a bonus but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
